British civil aircraft accidents 1919 - 1929

This page lists accidents to British civil aircraft since 1919.

There are many apparent omissions from the list, as it only includes incidents which are backed up by contemporary sources; mainly newspaper reports. This is because a lot of more recently-published information on early accidents is inaccurate, having been garbled, misinterpreted or invented.
